Sunland Ranch

Milton, Delaware

The Goal

Great room w/ vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, very sturdy floor (ICF floor), custom tile bathrooms w/ wood looking tile, room for multiple seasons (3 season room), central vac system, conditioned crawlspace, 1 story, custom hickory cabinets, vanities that look like furniture, solar panels, zero energy home.

A home with a very sturdy floor, custom tile bathrooms, a room that can be used for multiple seasons, and a central vac for the home. Homeowners like the wood look for flooring but wanted flooring that is low maintenance.  Also looking to have a zero energy home and vanities that look like furniture.

The Build

We used ICF for the exterior walls, as well as the floor of the home. Solar panels were later installed to the home, which resulted in a zero energy home with incredibly sturdy floors. The tile that was used looks like hardwood, giving the homeowners the best of both worlds for the flooring. Our team helped the homeowners choose vanities that looked like furniture and we designed and built a three season room to match the lifestyle of the homeowners.
